Employee Relations

Teepee will ensure that employees are treated fairly and with dignity and consideration for their goals and aspirations, and that diversity in the workplace is embraced.

Teepee will strictly adhere to the Government’s policy on equal pay and the minimum living wage.

Community Investment

Teepee is committed to recruit its employees from the local community, which provides opportunities for local people to enjoy working within close proximity to their homes, cutting travel times and additional costs.

Teepee is also committed to supporting the local community outside its business activities. It sponsors the playing kit of a local amateur football team and supports a local children’s hospice through charitable events.

Supply Chain

Teepee will advise its partners, contractors, and suppliers of its Corporate Social Responsibility Policy, and will work with them to achieve consistency with this policy.

Teepee will ensure its suppliers complete a questionnaire to assess supply chain CSR risk.

Teepee is aware of the Modern Slavery Act and will ensure to the best of its ability that modern day slavery is not taking place in the business or its supply chains.
